About Taseeb and the project review.

What does Taseeb do?

Taseeb reviews and organizes the decisions behind a project before launch, growth, a new product, or repositioning. The review covers the product, offer, market, positioning, pricing, brand, experience, and market presence.

Who is the project review for?

It is for a new project that needs a clear foundation, an existing project whose offer or positioning is still unclear, or a project preparing for a larger step.

What do I receive?

You receive a written diagnosis and a priority map showing what needs to change now, what can wait, and whether deeper work is needed.

Does every project receive the same scope?

No. The review identifies what the project actually needs. Any deeper scope is defined from that diagnosis rather than from a fixed service list.
